Your area of responsibility

As an Admin (m/f/d) in the order processing department, you will be responsible for the smooth processing of customer orders and ensure that our customers always receive the best service. In particular, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Creating quotations, customer orders, delivery bills and invoices
• Archiving order documents
• Coordinating and monitoring delivery dates
• Maintaining customer master data and databases
• Participation in the optimization of the order processing process

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship in business administration
• Experience in order processing and confident handling of ERP systems
• Customer and service-oriented way of working
• Proficient with MS Office 
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Good team and communication skills, organizational strength
