Admin reception area (m/f/d) in part-time
Your area of responsibility
As an Admin (m/f/d) in the reception area, you will be responsible for the friendly and professional support of our visitors and the switchboard in German and English. You will also be responsible for administrative tasks. In particular, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Reception and greeting of visitors
• Supporting the switchboard
• General administrative management and assistance tasks such as organizing meetings, correspondence and preparing documents
• Support in absence and time recording management
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail and sorting internal company mail
• Processing and forwarding emails
• Managing consumables and office materials
• Monitoring compliance with office regulations (meeting rooms, kitchen, etc.)
Your profile
• Completed apprenticeship in business administration
• Experience in reception and administration is an advantage
• Polite and friendly demeanor
• Proficient with MS Office
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Good team and communication skills, organizational strength
