Your area of responsibility

We are seeking a motivated Buyer (m/f/d) to play a key role in shaping and improving our procurement operations!

In this role, you will manage quotations and negotiations while ensuring timely material supply, working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Your key responsibilities include:

Processing incoming material requests
Obtaining, reviewing, comparing, and negotiating quotations, considering all relevant technical and commercial aspects
Planning material demands, tracking inventory, and ensuring on-time supply of materials
Collaborating closely with related departments, particularly Engineering, Production, Logistics, Shipping, and Quality Management
Clarifying technical and commercial requirements to ensure optimal procurement
Building and maintaining supplier relationships and regularly conducting supplier evaluations

Your profile

Completed vocational training (technical or commercial) or a university degree
Prior experience in purchasing and supply chain operations is desirable
Highly committed, self-driven, and reliable in managing tasks independently
Technical affinity
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Experience with ERP systems
Excellent interpersonal skills
Hands-on mindset
