Head of Accounting (m/f/d) in part-time or full-time
Your area of responsibility
• Experience in leading and developing a team
• Responsibility for the preparation of the annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
• Ensuring proper accounting and all relevant tax regulations
• Optimisation and automation of accounting processes and systems
• Contact person for external audits, tax consultants and tax authorities
• Budgeting and liquidity planning
• Monitoring tax compliance and preparing tax returns
• Implementation of internal controls to ensure the correctness and transparency of accounting
• Responsibility for working on projects to improve financial processes and reporting structures
Your profile
• Degree in business administration, economics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in accounting and controlling, ideally in an international manufacturing company
• Sound knowledge of HGB and tax law
• Experience in leading and developing a team
• Confident handling of an ERP system, ideally abas ERP and Office programmes
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Good team and communication skills, strong organisational skills
• High level of commitment, independent and reliable way of working
