HR Admin (m/f/d) in part-time or full-time

Your area of responsibility

As HR Admin (m/f/d) you will be responsible for supporting our employees from the moment they join the company until they leave. You will be responsible for the following tasks in particular:
• Creating contract documents, certificates and references
• Administration and control of absence and time recording
• Support in the preparation of monthly payslips
• Preparation of onboarding and offboarding as well as internal job changes
• Processing employee secondments
• Assistance with recruiting
• Maintaining personnel files
• Participation in various HR projects and the optimization of HR processes

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship in business administration or a degree in business administration
• Professional experience in human resources
• Knowledge of Personio an advantage
• Proficient with MS Office 
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Good team and communication skills, organizational strength
