In this role, you will be responsible for building and continuously improving our Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27001. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for all security-related matters.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Plan, develop, implement, and continuously improve the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27001
- Integrate the ISMS into our existing Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001
- Create and maintain security policies, processes, and documentation
- Collaborate closely with Quality Management, external service providers, and internal teams responsible for data protection and compliance
- Assist with internal and external audit
- Training and raising awareness among employees on information security
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of security measures
- Advise senior management on security-related decisions
- Assist in managing security incidents and addressing vulnerabilities
- Provide guidance to departments on all aspects of information security
Your profile
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in IT administration and IT security
- Knowledge of establishing or operating an ISMS in accordance with ISO 27001
- Good command of German and English
- Structured, independent, and analytical working style
- Strong sense of responsibility and excellent team skills
