\n<\/strong>3. Purpose and legal basis of the data processing<\/strong><\/p>\n

The purpose of collecting your personal data is your application procedure. We will therefore only use your applicant data for the purpose of processing your application procedure. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in this application procedure is primarily Article 88 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in conjunction with Section 26 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). According to this, the processing of data required in connection with the decision on the establishment of an employment relationship is permissible. Should the data be required for legal prosecution after completion of the application procedure, data processing may be carried out on the basis of the requirements of Art. 6 GDPR, in particular to safeguard legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR shall take place. Our interest then consists in asserting or defending claims.<\/p>\n

4. Duration of the storage<\/strong><\/p>\n

We store your personal data upon receipt of your application. If we accept your application, we will store your applicant data for a maximum of three years after any termination of the corresponding employment relationship. If we reject your application, we will store your applicant data for a maximum of six months after rejecting your application, unless you give us your consent to store it for longer. In this context, after one year has elapsed, it is checked whether there is a need for further storage. Otherwise the data will be deleted.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
