What applies to our products and services, we have also applied to our application process. We make complex circumstances measurable and in doing so, manageable. That’s why an application with us consists of just six steps. Best of all, none of them hurt. Promise!
Step 01
Application received
After you fill out the appropriate application form on our jobs page, we will review your documents. We may request additional documents from you.
Step 02
Interview phase
Next, we will invite you to one or more interview appointments. We get to know each other in a casual and informal environment.
Step 03
Offer
If everything fits for both sides, we will make you an offer. We don’t need to explain the advantages of working at iocto to you now. If you haven’t seen them yet, just scroll up a bit.
Step 04
Contract
Once we have reached agreement, the formality of signing the contract will follow. Done, now you’re ready to go.
Step 05
Onboarding
Welcome to iocto. Before you start with us, we will provide you with useful information about our company and prepare you for the next step.
Step 06
First working day
On your first day, you will get to know your colleagues and we will give you a tour of the company. In addition, your official induction begins now. It’s good to have you here.
