Your area of responsibility

In this position, you will oversee the entire process from preparing quotations to delivery. You will ensure smooth operations, work closely with internal departments, and help provide reliable and competent customer service.

Your responsibilities include handling orders in the ERP system, in particular:

Creating quotations and order confirmations
Generating internal repair orders and delivery notes
Preparing invoices and archiving order-related documents
Coordinating delivery dates and monitoring delivery times
Maintaining and verifying customer database

Your profile

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in order processing
Experience working with ERP systems is a plus.
Solid command of Microsoft Office Suite
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
Strong team and communication skills
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
Good English language skills, both written and spoken
High quality awareness
