Measure water in oil
Whether in hydraulic oils, diesel, vegetable oils, Skydrol or other user-specific fluids: the WES04 measures the water content up to the saturation limit under extreme conditions. Specially calibrated for your application and the oils and fluids used – especially when monitoring oil coolers or, for example, in underwater applications, large machines, drying and oil treatment plants, production plants for vegetable oils, hydraulic systems and much more.

Inline measurement of the absolute water content
The water detection sensor is designed for in-line measurement under special environmental conditions of absolute water content in ppm [mg/kg] below the saturation limit in mineral, ester, skydrol, silicone, vegetable, diesel, refrigeration, transformer, and insulating oils, among others, as well as in custom fluids.

How is the product maintained?
We recommend an annual recalibration and adjustment for all our sensors to be able to guarantee the exact functionality. We calibrate our sensors with state-of-the-art measurement technology in our in-house calibration laboratory. Our test equipment is one of the most accurate references in measurement and control technology. The test results are summarised in a factory calibration certificate in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018-03.
